Happy New Moon!

We are always self reflective but the new moon has The Sibs excited for what’s to come!

Self care at the start of a new moon is all about refreshment and renewal. And with the Mercury Retrograde ending, we all deserve a lil treat simply for hanging in there. Now it’s time to reconnect and attune ourselves. If only for 5 minutes at a time, spend some time with yourself just being silent, listening to answers to the questions you’ve been asking. If you’ve been feeling like things are no longer working for you (job, relationship or whatever) now is a good time to make changes. The shift you’ve been anticipating has finally arrived. It’s up to you to have the courage to follow the course. But it begins with an attitude adjustment. Self reflection is where you need to start when considering taking a leap.

Now is also a good time to jot down your intentions for the month. Sit in silence and meditate on what you’re prepared to bring into your life or what existing projects you want to see enhanced.

Fiery Aries is upon us and being fire signs ourselves (Leo & Sag), The Sibs are planning to manifest great things as well. We connect deeply to the fire and energy that Aries is shooting at us during this new moon period. We refuse to let it go to waste. We hope you don’t either.

Self care rituals to explore (New Moon or otherwise):

  1. Go outside & watch the clouds
  2. Take a bath
  3. Sip some tea (actual tea, gossip doesn’t count)
  4. Take a nap
  5. Unplug
  6. Write/start a journal
  7. Stargaze, if you missed watching the clouds
  8. Play with your kids
  9. Play with your pets
  10. Paint your toes
  11. Go for a walk
  12. Write a love letter to yourself
  13. Start gardening projects
  14. Do yoga
  15. Be still
